Increased error rate caused by cloud vendor partial outage

Resolved

An increase in errors from our site was observed between 3:30 and 4:30 AEST.
The cause of which was determined to be a partial outage a third party cloud vendor.
Impact has since subsided and we are reaching out to our vendor to provide more details.
